All-natural honey crystallizes at temperatures between 13 – 17°C due to the dextrin in its structure. It can take a very thick consistency at temperatures between 5 – 8 °C. In order for the product to flow freely, you can keep it at an ambient temperature above 20 °C (preferably 23 – 25 °C).
