Usage and Dosage Unless recommended by the doctors The recommended dose for adults is 8 past-ils per day. For children over 5 years old, 4-5 past-ils per day. 3 past-ils per day for children aged 3-5 years. Past-il is used by slowly absorbing in the mouth every 2-3 hours. Not recommended for use in children under 3 years of age.
